Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Pack With Me application ("App") operated by Brownstone Apps, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By continuing to use the App, you are indicating your agreement to the Terms and all future revisions.

Account registration

You must be of legal age to use this App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings. All purchases are final. We cannot issue refunds for subscription payments.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
Upload or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam
Upload or transmit any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Use any automated means, including bots or scrapers, to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the App. All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Brownstone Apps, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App, such as packing lists and trip information. By sharing content with other users through collaborative features, you grant those users the ability to view and interact with that content within the App.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all responsibility for any third-party content or services accessed through the App.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brownstone Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brownstone Apps, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, nonpayment, or technical issues. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
